These products are used to repair a break in the rod. Having a solid section in the middle of the rod may cause problems with
bending at that point and care should be taken when winding rod with a solid connector. The five larger sizes are stainless steel
and can be glued or screwed on, the two smaller sizes are brass and must be glued.
